Presentations, meetings, year-end parties, announcements… we can help. We’ve set up in clubs, outdoor public spaces, hotels, wineries – you name it. We can bring screens, projectors, sound systems, and lighting to brighten up your event. Oh, and if you’re interested, we can film the event, stream it live, and/or create a nice little wrap-up video for you to send along as a thank-you after the event.

Supporting you with sound rentals & the whole works
We worked with the BC Winter Games by providing several sound systems for their multi-day event. We also live streamed the Canadian Curling Championship using robotic cameras on 2 different sheets of ice. Sorry, not to brag, but we love playing with all sorts of gear.

Municipal, government, & community events
We love to work with our local City of Kelowna (which is where we’re based out of) but will gladly work with any city or government. We’re able to support media releases where you might need a press box or city-wide festivals / concerts / celebrations. We can also do outdoor movies with our giant 23′ screen. Give us a ring and we’ll make sure you’re set up properly.
