Online Booking Process
After submitting your order, a New Horizon Productions Account Manager will confirm availability of the requested gear from your request. This may take up to 2 business days. You will receive a separate email containing a quote for your order. Our quote will contain your requested equipment, along with any replacements should we not have all requested equipment available.
Once we receive written confirmation from you that the quote is approved, we will reserve the equipment & send a link for you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Please note that the “Total” and “Multi-Day Rate Total” on the order form are approximate values & may be different than the amount on our official quote. All prices on our official quotes are to be viewed as accurate and official.
